水文在垦区土地利用最优规划和骨干除涝排水系统最优规划的基础上,以规划期内全局净效益现值最大为目标,建立了多片海涂围垦综合决策总体优化模型和一系列子模型。提出了求解这些数学模型的多维动态规划通用解法,多阶段优化问题的序列解法,以及大系统分解协调方法。进行了实例验证,其计算成果包括各片海涂详细的最优围垦综合决策方案及其经济指标灵敏度分析等。
Based on the optimal land use planning and the optimum drainage and drainage system of key drainage system in the reclamation area, hydrology was established with the objective of maximizing the present value of the global net benefits during the planning period. A general solution of multidimensional dynamic programming for solving these mathematical models, a sequential solution of multi-stage optimization problems, and a method of large-scale system decomposition and coordination are proposed. An example is given to verify the results. The calculation results include the detailed optimal reclamation comprehensive decision-making plan and the sensitivity analysis of economic indicators of each slice of marine coating.
