利用单克隆抗体及生物素-亲和素放大系统检测青霉素抗原特异性IgE,并探讨其临床意义。结果59例青霉素Ⅰ型变态反应患者中青霉素特异性IgE总阳性率为88.11%(52/59);14例门诊皮试假阳性患者特异性IgE阴性,使用青霉素无不良反应;9例猩红热样皮疹青霉素过敏患者中1例特异性IgE阳性;而315例非青霉素过敏者,其BPO特异性IgE均阴性,且其中部分患者使用青霉素亦无过敏反应。本文方法有特异性强、敏感性较高的特点。
The use of monoclonal antibodies and biotin-avidin amplification system detection of penicillin antigen-specific IgE, and explore its clinical significance. Results The total positive rate of penicillin-specific IgE in 59 patients with penicillin-type Ⅰ allergy was 88.11% (52/59). Fourteen outpatients with false-positive skin test negative for specific IgE had no adverse reactions with penicillin. Nine cases of scarlet fever One case of specific IgE was positive in the sample-like rash penicillin allergy, while 315 cases of non-penicillin allergy were all BPO-specific IgE negative, and some of them also did not have any allergic reaction to penicillin. This method has the characteristics of strong specificity and high sensitivity.
