目的:研究Villin与CDX-2在结肠癌中的表达情况并探讨其与临床病理的关系及二者的相关性。方法:采用免疫组化法检测50例结肠癌组织及癌旁组织中Villin与CDX-2的表达情况。结果:(1)结肠癌组织中Villin阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织,而CDX-2的阳性表达率显著低于癌旁组织,二者差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。(2)Villin与CDX-2在结肠癌组织中表达的与肿瘤的浸润深度、分化程度、TNM分期密切相关(p<0.05),与性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无明显相关(p>0.05)。(3)Villin与CDX-2在结肠癌中表达呈负相关(r=-0.634,p<0.05)。结论:Villin与CDX-2参与结肠癌的发生、发展。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of Villin and CDX-2 in colon cancer and to explore their relationship with clinical pathology and their correlation. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Villin and CDX-2 in 50 cases of colon cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Results: (1) The positive expression rate of Villin in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues, while the positive expression rate of CDX-2 was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). (2) The expression of Villin and CDX-2 in colon cancer tissues was closely related to the depth of invasion, differentiation and TNM stage (p <0.05), but not to sex, age and tumor size (p> 0.05). (3) The expression of Villin and CDX-2 in colon cancer was negatively correlated (r = -0.634, p <0.05). Conclusion: Villin and CDX-2 are involved in the development and progression of colon cancer.
