职业教育一直是我国的基本教育形式之一,与普通的高等教育院校不同,职业学校主要注重的是专业技能的培训,而对于理论教学和全面素质教育没有深刻的落实,这种教育方式,在传统的社会生活中,具有较大的实用价值。但是,随着科学和经济的快速建设,现代化的社会经济建设不仅需要职业型人才,还需要具有综合素质的复合型人力资源,针对现代职业教育的发展路径探析,总结了未来的发展方向。
