目的了解医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)硬件设施和管理现状,以便提出改进建议。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对山东省1 133家不同类型医院消毒供应中心(室)各种设备配置和管理现状进行调查。结果所调查的1133家医院的CSSD超声清洗装置总配置率仅为16.59%;三级和二级医院CSSD超声波清洗装置配置率分别为73.68%和45.10%,其他类型医院CSSD配置率均比较低。医院CSSD水枪、气枪及其他干燥设备配置率除三级医院配置率达到约75%之外,其他类型医院的CSSD配置率均波动在15%~45%。结论山东省医院CSSD的清洗相关设备配置率普遍较低,尤其是县区级医院和民营医院对CSSD清洗设备投入严重不足。
Objective To understand the current status of hardware facilities and management of hospital disinfection supply center (CSSD) in order to make suggestions for improvement. Methods Using cluster sampling method, the disposition and management of various equipment in 1 133 hospitals of different types in Shandong Province were investigated. Results The total disposition rate of CSSD ultrasonic cleaning devices in 1133 hospitals was only 16.59%. The disposition rates of CSSD ultrasonic cleaning devices in tertiary and secondary hospitals were 73.68% and 45.10% respectively, while the CSSD disposition rate in other hospitals was relatively low. Hospital CSSD water cannons, air guns and other drying equipment configuration rates In addition to tertiary hospital allocation rate of about 75%, other types of hospital CSSD configuration rate fluctuations of 15% to 45%. Conclusion CSSD in Shandong Province generally has a low rate of configuration of equipment related to cleaning, especially for the county-level hospitals and private hospitals.
