20 0 3年 1月 2 1日 ,国家计委邀请国内热电专家和部分省、市计委有关人员 ,在北京召开热电联产项目建设管理研讨会。会议由国家计委基础产业司节能处处长史立山同志主持 ,基础产业司王骏副司长以及国家计委投资司、规划司有关人员参加了会议。山西省计委有关人员参加了会议。
On January 21, 2003, the State Development Planning Commission invited domestic thermoelectric experts and some relevant personnel from the provincial and municipal planning commissions to convene a seminar on co-generation project management in Beijing. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Shi Lishan, director of the Energy Conservation Department of the State Planning Commission for Basic Industries, and Wang Jun, deputy director of the Basic Industry Department, as well as officials from the State Planning Commission Investment Department and Planning Department attended the meeting. Shanxi Provincial Planning Commission related personnel attended the meeting.
