在热拌沥青混合料(HMA)中添加再生粒料混凝土(RCA)是一种可持续发展建筑手段。针对建筑废料在HMA中的再利用已有大量研究,然而结果表明:这种材料的道路抗水性和耐用性都明显不足。针对这一缺点,该文描述了一种添加回收RCA的HMA材料,用于道路基层施工,并对不同含量(5%、10%、20%、30%)的RCA替代传统天然粒料的混合料进行分析研究。为增强道路的抗水性能,此次试验在混合料拌和前,将RCA与5%的乳化沥青进行混合。试验结果表明:此种新型混合料符合西班牙抗水性标准。此外,该文还研究了混合料的劲度模量、永久变形和疲劳性能。结果表明:添加表面附着乳化沥青的RCA(乳化沥青-RCA)的HMA混合料与传统沥青混合料的力学性能相近。
Adding recycled aggregate concrete (RCA) to hot mix asphalt (HMA) is a sustainable building approach. There has been a great deal of research into the reuse of construction waste in HMA, however, the results show that the road is significantly less water-resistant and more durable. In response to this shortcoming, this paper describes an HMA material with recycled RCA for primary road construction and the replacement of traditional natural pellets by RCA with different contents (5%, 10%, 20%, 30%) Materials for analysis and research. To enhance the water resistance of the road, RCA was mixed with 5% of the emulsified asphalt in this test prior to compounding. The test results show that: This new mixture meets the Spanish water resistance standards. In addition, the article also studied the mixture of stiffness modulus, permanent deformation and fatigue properties. The results show that the mechanical properties of HMA mixture with RCA (Emulsified Asphalt-RCA) with emulsified asphalt attached to the surface are similar to that of the traditional asphalt mixture.
