作为一种有效的能力训练方式,研讨教学在管理干部岗位资格培训中得到了广泛应用,并且安排的课时较多。但是,当前的研讨教学在组织实施方面仍然不够精细,还存在许多应当加以改进和完善之处。关于研讨题的设置 通常的做法是首先征询业务部门个别专家的意见。然后根据教学需要确定题目,而以后的连续培训班次也基本沿用原来的题目。这种简单化做法的主要问题是选题不够严谨、科学,随意性较大。因而势必造成选题缺乏
As an effective ability training method, seminar teaching has been widely used in qualifying training management cadres’ posts and arranging more class hours. However, the current seminar teaching is still not sufficiently detailed in the implementation of the organization, and there are still many areas that should be improved and perfected. It is common practice to set up the seminar first by consulting individual experts in the business unit. Then according to the teaching needs to determine the subject, and the subsequent continuous training shift also basically follow the original title.
