通过金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机、冲击试验机等手段,研究了Cr对00CrxNi7Mo4.5N双相不锈钢显微组织、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能的影响规律。结果表明:随Cr含量由24%增加到26%,奥氏体相含量逐渐减少,铁素体相含量增加;屈服强度和抗拉强度都不断增加,伸长率先下降再升高,断面收缩率不断下降,冲击吸收功先降低后增加,耐电化学腐蚀性和耐应力腐蚀性能均增强。当Cr含量为26%时,00CrxNi7Mo4.5N双相不锈钢综合性能最佳。
The effects of Cr on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 00CrxNi7Mo4.5N duplex stainless steel were studied by metallographic microscope, universal tensile tester and impact tester. The results show that with the increase of Cr content from 24% to 26%, the content of austenite phase decreases and the content of ferrite phase increases. Both the yield strength and tensile strength increase, the elongation decreases first and then increases, and the reduction of area Continued to decline, the impact of absorbed power decreased after the increase, resistance to electrochemical corrosion and stress corrosion resistance are enhanced.
