1996年,是实施科教兴业、启动振兴的开局之年,做好1996年的工作,对于顺利完成“九五”时期标准化与计量工作的各项任务,具有重要意义.根据十四届五中全会精神和全国机械工业工作会议部署,1996年标准化与计量工作的总体要求是:以“两个转变”为指导方针,以改革为动力,围绕“三大战役”,大力推进标准的贯彻实施,着力调整标准体系,加强对企业标准化和计量工作的指导,为完成机械工业振兴第一阶段任务做贡献.按照上述总体要求,1996年要认真抓好以下工作:1 适时召开机械工业标准化工作会议——全面总结“八五”标准化工作.——部署“九五”标准化工作任务.——表彰“八五”期间在标准化工作中有突出成绩的单位和个人.——贯彻落实“三大战役”中有关标准化工作任务.2 加大强制性标准结构和内容的调整力度,大力推进强制性标准的贯彻实施
