采用超声-微波协同萃取法提取野蔷薇根中总鞣质,利用响应曲面法优化提取工艺条件,以优选野蔷薇根为原料,以总鞣质提取率为响应值,分别考察丙酮浓度、提取功率、提取时间、料液比4个因素对野蔷薇根总鞣质提取率的影响。应用Box-Behnken中心组合方法进行四因素三水平试验,进行响应面分析。在最佳条件下,即体积分数为80%的丙酮,以1∶39为料液比,功率200 W下提取395 min时总鞣质提取效率达2039 mg/g。实际总鞣质的得率与总鞣质的预测值基本吻合,使用该方法能合理优化野蔷薇根总鞣质,提取方法简便,能大大缩短提取时间。
The total tannin content of Radix Brentiana was extracted by ultrasonic-microwave co-extraction method. The reaction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology.
