研究四种不同浓度溶液Zn ̄2+对金鱼摄食行为、学习和记忆能力的影响,观测了zn ̄2+抑制鱼摄食行为的现象,实验结果表明:1)Zn ̄2+中毒鱼首次撞击食球的时间及其变化规律不如正常鱼明显,中毒鱼学习和记忆撞球摄食的能力低于正常;2)中毒鱼的摄食频率低于正常鱼,Zn ̄2+浓度越高摄食频率下降越明显;3)中毒鱼摄食峰的出现.在时间上迟于正常,Zn ̄2+浓度越高摄食峰越往后位移;4)1mg/L,Zn ̄2+对鱼类摄食行为影响不大。
The effects of Zn ~ 2+ on feeding behavior, learning and memory ability of goldfish were studied, and the phenomenon of zn ~ 2 + inhibition of fish feeding behavior was observed.
