本文以鸡红细胞为靶细胞,采用~(51)Cr释放法,检测正常成年人外周血单个核细胞的ADCC活性,并研究干扰素对这一活性的调节作用。发现Namalva细胞干扰素对正常成年人ADCC 活性有明显促进作用,其促进幅度依赖于所用干扰素的剂量和处理时间,抗人 IFN-α可抑制该促进作用。人白细胞干扰素亦能明显促进正常人ADCC活性,而鼠干扰素对人 ADCC活性则无明显促进作用。
In this study, chicken erythrocytes were used as target cells, and the activity of ADCC in normal adult peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by ~ (51) Cr release assay. The regulatory effect of interferon on this activity was also investigated. Found that Namalva cell interferon on normal adult ADCC activity was significantly promote the extent of its promotion depends on the dose of interferon used and the treatment time, anti-human IFN-α can inhibit the promotion. Human leukocyte interferon can also significantly promote normal human ADCC activity, while mouse interferon has no significant effect on human ADCC activity.
