TC11名义成分为Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si,主要用于制造航空发动机转动件零件,目前国内主要生产方式是VAR三次熔炼。本文研究了EB+VAR两次熔炼TC11钛合金的铸锭生产工艺,对添加不同种类返回炉料(TC11、纯钛),生产TC11钛合金铸锭的可行性进行了研究。结果表明:通过制定适宜的电极配比,合理的工艺参数,控制Al元素挥发率,添加不同种类返回炉料可生产出符合相关标准要求的TC11钛合金铸锭,且铸锭化学成分分布均匀。
TC11 nominal composition of Ti-6.5Al-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si, mainly used in the manufacture of aero-engine rotating parts, the current domestic production is the main VAR three smelting. In this paper, the production process of ingot ingot TC11 titanium alloy by EB + VAR was studied. The feasibility of adding different kinds of return charge (TC11, pure titanium) and producing TC11 titanium alloy ingot was studied. The results show that the TC11 titanium alloy ingot which meets the relevant standards can be produced by formulating appropriate electrode ratio, reasonable process parameters, controlling the Al element volatilization rate and adding different kinds of returning charge, and the chemical composition of the ingot is evenly distributed.
