台通过“亚太制造中心”六大纲要 台“经济部”确立推动“亚太制造中心”的六大纲要:(1)研究发展体系的强化与科技发展专案计划的推动;(2)高科技工业与其它高附加值工业的重点发展;(3)智慧型产业园区的规划与综合性工业区的开发;(4)加工出口区的转型以配合亚太转运中心;(5)“中山科学研究院”转型为“中山科学工业园区”;(6)投资业务整合与重大投资计划的推动。 在纲要计划中,加工出口区的调整转型已有明确方向。高雄加工出口区将结合高雄港区内68公顷土地及附近公营事业土地,以超过200公顷的范围规划为以加工、仓储、转动功能 Taiwan has established six major platforms for promoting “manufacturing hubs in Asia Pacific” through the six major platforms of the “Asia-Pacific Manufacturing Center”: “(1) the strengthening of the research and development system and the promotion of special projects in science and technology development; (2) the development of high-tech industries and (3) planning of smart industrial parks and development of comprehensive industrial zones; (4) transformation of processing export zones to tie in with the Asia-Pacific Intermodal Center; (5) transformation of ”Zhongshan Research Institute of Science“ As ”Zhongshan Science and Technology Industrial Park"; (6) investment business integration and major investment plan to promote. In the outline plan, there is a clear direction for the restructuring and transformation of the processing and exporting zones. The Kaohsiung Processing Export Area will combine 68 hectares of land in Kaohsiung Harbor Area with public utility land in the vicinity to over 200 hectares for the planning, processing, storage and rotation functions
