由中国科学院组织的南沙综合科学考察队近10年来在我国南沙群岛及其邻近海区进行了包括地球科学各个领域的综合考察,取得丰硕的科学研究成果。其中的微体生物(包括微体古生物及其现代类群)研究中,共分析了177个站位的表层样和7个岩芯柱的937个分层样(图1),开展了包括有孔虫、介形类、放射虫、苔藓虫、腹足类、双壳类、硅藻、沟鞭藻、孢粉和钙质超微化石(颗石藻)等10个大类群的分析研究工作,几乎涉及微体生物的所有门类。该项成果以分类学研究为前提,讨论它们的现代区系特征、生态特征和沉积埋藏特征,进而分析微体生物各浮游类群和底栖类群分布与海洋环境的关系,从中总结和归纳可作为指示环境变化的指标;在此基础上进一步分析柱状样品,依据各柱状样包含的晚第四纪以来微体生物组合与演
The Nansha comprehensive scientific expedition team organized by the Chinese Academy of Sciences has conducted a comprehensive study covering all fields of geosciences in China’s Nansha Islands and its adjacent sea areas in the past 10 years and has achieved fruitful achievements in scientific research. In the study of micro-organisms (including micro-organism and its modern taxa), a total of 937 stratified samples of 177 stations and 7 core columns were analyzed (Fig. 1) 10 kinds of large groups of insects, pests, ostracods, radiolarians, bryozoans, gastropods, bivalves, diatoms, dinoflagellate spores and calcareous microfossils (coccolith) Almost all categories of micro-organisms involved. Based on taxonomic studies, the results of this study discuss their modern fauna, ecologic characteristics and sedimentary burial characteristics, and then analyze the relationship between the distribution of each planktonic and benthic group of microorganisms and the marine environment.
