吉育606是利用“三系”法选育的大豆杂交种,不育系为JLCMS47A,恢复系为JLR100。吉育606的主要特点是高产、稳产,品质较好,抗病性强。预备试验平均产量2 801.2kg/hm2,比对照增产22.8%;两年区试平均产量3 367.2kg/hm2,比对照增产9.6%;生产试验平均产量3 361.4kg/hm2,比对照增产16.9%。人工接种鉴定中抗大豆花叶病毒病1、3号株系、抗混合株系,高抗大豆灰斑病。田间自然诱发鉴定,高抗大豆花叶病毒病,高抗大豆灰斑病,抗大豆霜霉病,高抗大豆细菌性斑点病。子粒脂肪含量21.51%,蛋白质含量40.11%,蛋脂总量61.62%。杂交大豆吉育606制种必须选择干旱少雨,有灌溉条件,天然昆虫群体多的地区。父母本同期播种,种植比例为1∶2或1∶4,密度为15~18万株/hm2。利用蜜蜂进行传粉,整个生育期严格去杂去劣,确保种子纯度。
Jiyu 606 is a soybean hybrid which was bred by “three lines ” method, CMS line JLCMS47A and restorer line JLR100.
