以番茄品种“中杂105”为试验材料,以钢瓶CO2为碳源,设置700、1 000、1 300μmol/mol3个CO2浓度,对照组为不增施CO2,研究了不同浓度的CO2对苗期及果期番茄光合作用、光响应曲线、SPAD值以及开花日期的影响。结果表明:高浓度CO2显著提高了叶片的SPAD值,提高净光合速率,提高了叶片的最大净光合速率以及光补偿点,有利于开花节位数的降低以及开花日期的提前。
With tomato variety “Zhong-105” as test material and cylinder CO2 as carbon source, three CO2 concentrations of 700, 1 000 and 1 300 μmol / mol were set, while CO2 was not added in the control group.
