桥梁的挠度是反映结构物承载力大小的关键指标,也是其运营健康状态的重要参数。现有的测量方法和装置都有各自的缺点和局限性,不能同时拥有精准性、高效性、便携性和适应性。为解决这些问题,提出了一种新的挠度测量装置及方法,即具有悬挂缆索的桥梁挠度测量装置及方法。该方法通过架设主缆快速便捷搭设千分表所需的支撑物,并在桥面上设置纵向测点。配重块和限位导杆的存在也使得缆索结构避免了水平扰动,进一步保证了结果的稳定性。轻盈简单的结构使其可适应复杂的环境条件,较小的占地面积又可适应短期测量和长期监测。此方法已成功应用于某座桥梁的检测中,测量结果表明,此方法可以获得精确的测量结果,真实反映挠度变化,是一种高效、精准的测量方法。
The deflection of the bridge is a key indicator of the bearing capacity of the structure and an important parameter of its operational health. Existing measurement methods and devices have their own shortcomings and limitations, can not have both accuracy, efficiency, portability and adaptability. In order to solve these problems, a new deflection measuring device and method is proposed, which is a bridge deflection measuring device and method with suspension cables. The method can quickly and conveniently set up the support needed by the dial indicator through the erection of the main cable and set the longitudinal measuring point on the bridge deck. The presence of counterweights and stop guides also avoids horizontal disturbance of the cable structure, further ensuring the stability of the result. Lightweight and simple structure allows it to adapt to complex environmental conditions, smaller footprint and can adapt to short-term measurement and long-term monitoring. The method has been successfully applied to the detection of a bridge. The measurement results show that this method can obtain accurate measurement results and truly reflect the variation of deflection, which is an efficient and accurate measurement method.
