同志们:这次会议的主要任务是:深入贯彻落实全国财政、审计和交通运输工作会议精神,总结2013年部属单位财务审计工作,分析面临的形势要求,部署2014年重点任务。下面我讲三个方面的意见。一、2013年财务审计主要工作一年来,部属各单位紧紧围绕部党组中心工作和重点任务,认真落实2013年部属单位财务审计工作会议部署,提高保障能力、加强财务管理、强化审计监督,各方面工作都取得了新进展新成效。(一)财务保障能力持续增强从各单位收入情况看,较上年稳中有升。
Comrades: The main tasks of this meeting are to thoroughly implement the spirit of the national conference on finance, auditing and transportation, summarize the financial auditing work of subordinate units in 2013, analyze the situation and demands faced and deploy the 2014 key tasks. Now I talk about the views of three areas. I. Major Work of Financial Audit in 2013 In the past year, the subordinate units closely focused on the work and key tasks of the Party Central Committee’s departments, conscientiously implemented the conference arrangements for the financial auditing work of subordinate units in 2013, enhanced the guarantee capabilities, strengthened financial management and strengthened audit supervision. New achievements and new achievements have been made in all aspects of our work. (I) Continued Enhancement of Financial Guarantee Capability As seen from the income of each unit, the financial security capability has risen steadily from the previous year.
