公路养护部门是承担国家国省干线公路养护与管理职责的事业单位。加强职工教育培训是提高职工队伍素质,促进公路事业发展的有效途径,本文对目前公路养护队伍现状及教育培训工作进行分析,并提出加强和改善职工教育培训工作的建议和对策。
The road maintenance department is a unit undertaking the responsibility of maintaining and managing the national trunk highway in the country. Strengthening staff education and training is an effective way to improve the quality of staff and promote the development of highway. This paper analyzes the current status of the road maintenance team and education and training work, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen and improve staff education and training.
