目的观察清热抗毒煎剂结合卫生部指南治疗普通型手足口病患儿的临床疗效。方法将100例普通型手足口病患儿随机分为西医治疗组、中西医结合治疗组,西医治疗组按卫生部指南治疗,中西医结合治疗组在指南意见基础上口服清热抗毒煎剂。观察2组患儿的临床症状,记录热退时间、皮疹消失时间、口腔好转时间、总病程时间。采用免疫比浊法检测治疗前后免疫球蛋白及补体水平,采用酶联免疫法测定血清中细胞因子水平,用流式细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞亚群。结果中西医结合治疗组的热退时间、皮疹消退时间、咽部红肿疼痛症状消退时间及总病程时间均短于西医治疗组(P均<0.05);中西医结合治疗组在治疗4 d后的各细胞因子及免疫球蛋白(Ig G和Ig A)水平均高于西医治疗组(P均<0.05)。结论在卫生部指南基础上增加清热抗毒煎剂治疗普通型手足口病临床效果好,能够增加细胞因子活性,改善手足口病患儿免疫功能,有促进皮疹消退、缩短病程、阻止疾病进展等综合效应。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anti-inflammatory decoction combined with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health in treating children with common type hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 100 cases of common hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into western medicine treatment group, Integrative Medicine treatment group, Western medicine treatment group under the guidance of the Ministry of Health, Integrative Medicine group on the basis of the guidelines advice oral heat anti-toxic decoction. The clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed, the time of fever back, the disappearance of the rash, the time of oral improvement and the duration of the disease were recorded. Serum levels of cytokines were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after immunoturbidimetry. Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry. Results The remission time, rash subsidence time, pain subsidence time and total duration of the pharyngeal swelling were shorter in the combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group than in the Western medicine treatment group (all P <0.05). After 4 days of treatment, The levels of each cytokine and immunoglobulin (Ig G and Ig A) were higher than those of Western medicine group (all P <0.05). Conclusion The addition of heat-clearing and anti-venom decoction based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Health has good clinical effects in treating common hand, foot and mouth disease, which can increase the activity of cytokines and improve the immune function in children with hand-foot-mouth disease, promote the eruption of the rash, shorten the course of the disease and prevent the progress of the disease Comprehensive effect.
