本文报道了11例恶性肿瘤患者,大剂量化疗或大面积(全身)放射治疗后,使用冷冻保存的自身骨髓对加速造血功能恢复的初步效果。回输冷冻保存的自身骨髓,对受药物或射线抑制的造血系统有促进恢复和重建造血功能之效应。讨论了14例患者自身骨髓采取、冷冻保存和活性测定的方法,证明临床使用是安全可靠的。自身骨髓输注,对常规治疗无效的患者提供了新的治疗途径,但尚处于试验阶段,需累积更多的病例资料才能加以肯定。
This article reports the preliminary results of 11 cases of malignant tumor patients using high-dose chemotherapy or large area (whole body) radiotherapy, the use of cryopreserved own bone marrow to accelerate the recovery of hematopoietic function. Transfusion of cryopreserved autologous bone marrow has the effect of promoting recovery and reconstitution of the hematopoietic function of the hematopoietic system inhibited by drugs or radiation. The methods of taking, cryopreservation and activity determination of 14 patients with their own bone marrow were discussed to prove that the clinical use is safe and reliable. Their own bone marrow infusion provides a new therapeutic option for patients who are ineffective with conventional therapies but is still in the experimental phase and more cumulative case data is needed to confirm it.
