In China, we have many festivals every year. The most important for Chinese people is the Spring Festival, and you also call it Chinese New Year. It is the oldest traditional (傳统的)festival.
On this day, people will put up the New Year pictures, fire the firecrackers, make a New Year call and children will put on their new clothes. Everyone is very happy.
Another important Chinese festival is the Mid-Autumn Day. It’s on August 15th on the lunar calendar(阴历). On the night of this day, the moon will become round. It means reunion(团圆).At that night, the family members will sit round the table together outside, talking about their stories, eating the moon cakes, watching the round moon and enjoying the happiest time.
And there are many other interesting festivals in China. So if you are in China, enjoy each of them.
