外送培训是企业师资培训的良好渠道,但却存在着三个问题:一是培训费用不能满足大量的外出培训需求;二是时间不能满足,教师有正常的教学任务,腾不出很多时间到外地参加培训;三是送外培训再多,也是有限的,也不能从根本上满足提高教师素质和能力的需要。因此,笔者认为,既能满足教师发展需要,又能大面积提高教师素质和能力的手段,不是送外培训,而是单位内部培训。一、内部培训的优势内部培训,指的是为适应企业培训事业发展的需要,以本单位为培训基地,不脱岗,以全体教师为学员,由培训学校(中心)组织的校内培训
