去年1月19日开业的北京世通租赁城已悄然走过一年,取“119”是为消费者“救急救火”之意。然而,一年来这里却并未得到消费者特别的青睐。记者日前来到这里,看到的是门庭冷落、生意清淡的景象。作为全国首家综合性租赁公司,这里汇集了电脑、通讯、摄像器材、电动工具等20大类3000多种商品。商店负责人王景海介绍说,经营一年来,租赁毛利仅为几十万元,与投入的400万元相比,相去甚远。据不完全统计,北京市较大的专业租赁公司现有50多家,除汽车租赁业务外,其它经营状况均不乐观。这一现象显然与国家大力开拓租赁市场的初衷形成鲜明的反差。 Beijing Shitong Leasing City, which opened on January 19 last year, has quietly walked one year.
