研究以保险公司的人力资源工作为基础,分析了人力资源管理方面存在的问题,提出了保险公司必须建设人力资源退出机制的思想,并提供了保险公司进行人力资源退出机制建设的建议和要点,为保险行业建立科学、完整的人力资源管理机制提供了参考。
Based on the work of human resources of insurance companies, this paper analyzes the existing problems in human resources management, puts forward the idea that insurance companies must construct the mechanism of human resources withdrawal, and provides the suggestions and essentials for the insurance companies to make human resources withdrawal mechanism. It provides a reference for the insurance industry to establish a scientific and complete human resource management mechanism.
