目的识别和分析营口某石化公司20×104 t/a聚酯薄膜(BOPET)项目PET聚合楼产生的职业病危害因素,评价其职业病防护设施的控制效果。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价编制要求》等标准,采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法进行定性定量评价。结果该项目存在的职业病危害因素主要有乙二醇、异丙醇、联苯、对苯二甲酸、氢氧化钠、γ射线、噪声、高温、工频电场。现场检测结果显示,PET聚合岗的巡检工人接触噪声的8 h等效声级均高于80 d B(A),属于噪声岗位,巡检工人在巡检时需正确佩戴防噪耳塞。其他各岗位的职业病危害因素浓度(强度)均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,该项目在职业卫生和放射卫生方面符合国家相关法律及职业卫生标准和放射卫生标准规定的相关要求,该建设项目可行。
Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazards caused by PET polymerization building of 20 × 104 t / a polyester film (BOPET) project in Yingkou Petrochemical Company, and to evaluate the control effect of occupational disease prevention facilities. Methods Based on the “Construction Project Occupational Hazard Control Evaluation Compilation Requirements” and other standards, using occupational health field surveys, occupational health tests, occupational health checks and other methods for qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards in this project are ethylene glycol, isopropanol, biphenyl, terephthalic acid, sodium hydroxide, γ-ray, noise, high temperature and power frequency electric field. The field test results show that the 8-hour equivalent sound level of the poll workers exposed to PET aggregates is higher than 80 d B (A), which belongs to noisy positions. The inspection workers should wear the noise-proof earplugs correctly when inspecting. The concentration (intensity) of occupational hazards in other positions are in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion This project belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazards. The project meets the relevant requirements of relevant national laws and occupational health standards and radiation health standards in terms of occupational health and radiation health. The project is feasible.
