以煤矿采掘机械的核心部件重载减速器为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件分析了该减速器箱体在自由状态下的有限元模态振型;采用力锤单点激励和加速度传感器多点响应的方法对该减速器进行了实验模态测试,并运用Poly MAX方法识别出重载减速器的模态参数。这些模态参数对该重载减速器的动态设计和状态评估具有积极的参考作用。
Taking the heavy-load decelerator, the core component of coal mining machinery, as the research object, finite element mode vibration of the decelerator box under free state was analyzed by ANSYS software. The single-point excitation of the hammer and the multi-point response of the accelerometer Methods Experimental modal test of the reducer was carried out. Poly MAX method was used to identify the modal parameters of the heavy-duty reducer. These modal parameters have a positive reference for the dynamic design and status evaluation of the heavy-duty gear unit.
