目的探讨基于德国医疗透明管理制度与标准委员会(KTQ)评审,持续改进病案统计管理的方法和效果。方法以德国KTQ评审标准为依据,运用PDCA循环法改善工作流程,不断完善病案统计管理工作。结果根据KTQ标准进行改进后,病案书写质量合格率为96.8%,显著高于评审前的93.5%;三日归档率从评审前的85.0%提升至98.6%;在架和归档病案的保管及病人的隐私保密显著提高,改善后达9.1分;出院患者的满意程度从94.4%提高到96.9%。结论基于KTQ标准的管理模式,能有效推动病案统计管理质量的持续改进,医院通过德国KTQ质量认证,提升了核心竞争力和市场品牌影响力。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of continuously improving the medical records management based on the review of the German Medical Transparency Management System and Standards Committee (KTQ). Methods Based on the German KTQ assessment criteria, the PDCA circulation method was used to improve the workflow and improve the medical record management. Results According to the KTQ standard, the pass rate of medical record writing was 96.8%, significantly higher than 93.5% before the review; the three-day filing rate was increased from 85.0% to 98.6% before the review; The privacy protection increased significantly, reaching 9.1 after improvement. The satisfaction of discharged patients increased from 94.4% to 96.9%. Conclusion Based on the KTQ standard management model, it can effectively promote the continuous improvement of the quality of case management. The hospital passed the German KTQ quality certification, which improved its core competitiveness and market brand influence.
