宝钢历经13年的建设,已成为世界一流的现代化特大型钢铁企业。宝钢的一期工程是我国改革开放以来的第一套引进项目,于1985年全面建成投产。二期工程则是部分引进、部分以我为主,自行设计、自行制造,1992年全面达到设计能力。宝钢一、二期工程达产后,每年将稳定地生产出630万吨生铁、670万吨钢、422万吨可供出口和替代进口的优质钢材。在建设宝钢一期工程中,既成套引进了国外的先进设备,又引进了日本“新日铁”的管理经验。宝钢从其高度连续化、自动化大生产的特点出发,坚持实行“集中一贯管理制”,以计划值为目标,标准化作业
After 13 years of construction, Baosteel has become a world-class, modern and large steel company. The first phase of Baosteel’s project was the first introduced project since China’s reform and opening up. It was completed and put into operation in 1985. The second phase of the project was partly introduced and partly based on me. It was self-designed and self-manufactured. In 1992, it fully achieved design capability. After the first and second phases of Baosteel’s project are completed, it will steadily produce 6.3 million tons of pig iron, 6.7 million tons of steel and 4.22 million tons of high-quality steel for export and substitution. In the construction of the first phase of Baosteel’s construction project, foreign advanced equipment was introduced in sets and the management experience of Japan’s “Nippon Steel” was introduced. Baosteel, proceeding from its characteristics of highly continuous and automated production, adhered to the “concentrated and consistent management system,” with the goal of planning and standardized operations.
