当前,随着我国制造业快速发展,国家对高技术行业从业人员培养不断加强,各职业学校也加大对数控专业实训实习设备投入。但数控专业由于设备昂贵,实习成本高而导致实习效率低效果不理想。本文从数控专业学生能力要求出发,分析要达到实习目的,根据职业学校现有实习条件、师资状况,在数控实习计划、设备配置、实习成本分析、实习图册设计等方面提出一些想法,以最大限度提升实习效益,为地方经济培养出合格应用型人才。
