目的了解人体钙、铁离子水平改变对人类感染常见致病菌大肠杆菌的生长的影响。方法根据人体生理和病理状态时血清钙、铁的最小及最大值,分别设定Ca2+、Fe3+的4个浓度作为离子的添加终浓度加入Mueller-Hinton(MH)肉汤,培养大肠杆菌,以比浊法测定各离子浓度下大肠杆菌的生长曲线。结果在体外Ca2+、Fe3+对大肠杆菌的生长曲线均有影响,不同浓度作用有异。结论人体血清水平下的Ca2+、Fe3+与大肠杆菌的生长有密切的关系,这对临床治疗与大肠杆菌感染相关的疾病有提示作用。
Objective To understand the effect of human calcium and iron ion levels on the growth of Escherichia coli, a common pathogen of human infection. Methods Four concentrations of Ca2 + and Fe3 + were set as Mueller-Hinton (MH) broth according to the minimum and maximum values of serum calcium and iron in human physiology and pathology. Escherichia coli Turbidimetric determination of the growth of Escherichia coli at various ion concentrations. The results in vitro Ca2 +, Fe3 + on the growth curve of E. coli have different effects at different concentrations. Conclusion Human serum levels of Ca2 + and Fe3 + are closely related to the growth of Escherichia coli, which may be helpful in the clinical treatment of diseases related to Escherichia coli infection.
