Medical literature, especially in the widely circulated (asymptomatic bacteriuria), refers to the significant bacterial urine (more than 100,000 bacteria per milliliter) without clinical symptoms of urinary tract inflammation. The so-called asymptomatic bacteriuria is often found in censuses or occasional examinations of urine for other reasons. The incidence of children (girls) accounts for 1 to 2%. Some people think that asymptomatic bacteriuria is the beginning of urinary tract infection and pyelonephritis. However, more clinicians hold the opposite view, that asymptomatic bacteriuria is a latent process after acute pyelonephritis. The bacterial urine found by the census may be the result of bacterial inflammation in the past urinary organs. Is it possible for asymptomatic primary asymptomatic bacteriuria to exist? Only people who test for a healthy one can answer the question. From 1977 to 1979, the author census 6000 children aged 1 to 15 years old,
