新《档案法》规制下司法档案开放利用优化研究战与应对 摘 要：本文通过分析新《档案法》对司法档案开放利用的规制，考察我国司法档案开放利用现状、限制，借鉴国外司法档案开放利用经验，结合我国司法体制改革和司法公开制度实践，对我国司法档案开放利用提出优化建议。关键词：新《档案法》;司法档案;开放利用;优化建议;信息化建设Abstract： By analyzing the regulation of the open use of judicial Archives by new Archives， inspecting the current status and limitations of the open use of judicial Archives in my country， drawing on foreign experience in the open use of judicial Archives， combining with the practice of my country's judicial system reform and judicial open system， and putting forward optimization suggestions for the development and utilization of judicial Archives in my country.Keywords： New archives law; Judicial archives; Open access;Optimization suggestion; Information construction新《档案法》的颁布施行是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化对档案工作的客观要求，它服务于中国特色社会主义事业，并为新时代档案事业高质量发展提供坚强法治保障。
