大功率、大扭矩行星减速器在工业生产中应用日渐普遍,产品设计要求也越来越高,将有限元技术融入到设计之中,可以增强设计的可靠性。本文使用有限元方法着重对承受大扭矩的行星减速器焊接机体进行分析,得到焊接区域存在应力集中现象,焊接机体所受到的应力值小于所用材料许用应力值,焊接机体的刚度大,变形小。
High-power, high torque planetary reducer in the increasingly common industrial applications, product design requirements are getting higher and higher, the finite element technology into the design, you can enhance the reliability of the design. In this paper, finite element method is used to analyze the welding body of the planetary gearbox subjected to large torque. The stress concentration in the welding area is obtained. The stress value of the welding body is less than the allowable stress value of the material used. The rigidity of the welding body is large and the deformation is small .
