目的:探讨护士分层分组管理模式在外科病房护理中的应用效果。方法:以本院外科病房20名护士及60例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(10名护士+30例患者)和对照组(10名护士+30例患者)。对照组实施传统管理模式,观察组则实施护士分层分组管理模式,对比分析两组护理人员护理质量及患者护理满意度。结果:观察组护理质量各指标评分、患者护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护士分层分组管理模式在外科病房护理管理中有较好应用效果。
Objective: To explore the application effect of stratified group nurse management in surgical ward care. Methods: Twenty nurses and 60 patients in our hospital surgical ward were randomly divided into observation group (10 nurses + 30 patients) and control group (10 nurses + 30 patients). The control group carried out the traditional management mode while the observation group implemented the stratified group management mode of nurses. The nursing quality and patient satisfaction of two groups of nurses were compared and analyzed. Results: The quality of care indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurses’ hierarchical management mode has good application effect in nursing management of surgical wards.
