为了探 讨大 承气 汤保 护 细胞 器、治 疗内 毒 素血 症的 机制, 本实 验 采用 内 毒素 所 致家 兔 全身 性 Sh w artz m an 反应 作为 D I C 模型,以线粒体 H+ A T P 酶和血清 过氧化脂质( L P O) 作为 观察指标, 研究了大 承气汤对线粒体的影响。结果大承气汤组和地塞米松 组 H+ A T P 酶活性 明显高 于 D I C 模 型组而 与正常 对照组 相近;同时,大承气汤组和地塞米松组血清 L P O 水平接 近正常 对照组 , D I C 模 型组则 显著 升高,电 镜观察 结果与 生化测定结果基本一致。提示大承气汤能够拮抗内毒素所诱导 的脂质过 氧化损 伤,保护 肝线粒 体,减轻 内毒素 对机体的损害。
In order to investigate the mechanism of Dachengqi Decoction protecting organelles and treating endotoxemia, the systemic Shwartzman response induced by endotoxin was used as the D I C model, and the mitochondrial H+A T P enzyme and serum were used. Lipid peroxide (LPO) was used as an index to study the effects of Dachengqi Decoction on mitochondria. Results The activity of H+A T P enzyme in Dachengqi Decoction group and dexamethasone group was significantly higher than that of D I C model group and similar to the normal control group; meanwhile, serum L P O levels in Dachengqi Decoction group and Dexamethasone group were similar. Close to the normal control group, D I C model group was significantly higher, electron microscopy observations and biochemical measurements were basically consistent. It is suggested that Dachengqi Decoction can antagonize the lipid peroxidation injury induced by endotoxin, protect the liver mitochondria, and reduce the damage of endotoxin on the body.
