复方抗癌中药神应汤是清朝皇家御医治疗肿瘤的经验秘方,本研究对神应汤进行了抗肿瘤作用机制的研究,发现神应汤不仅能抑制小鼠S180移植瘤的生长,更为重要的是具有显著的生物反应调节作用.将昆明种小鼠随机分为五组,A:荷瘤对照组 B:中药组C:IL-2对照组 D:中药+IL-2组 E:正常小鼠对照组.A、B、C、D组均接种S180细胞,其中A、B、C三组给于不同药物处理,观察各组小鼠胸腺、脾脏的重量及系数、T淋巴细胞分型、脾细胞的NK活性及诱导牌细胞产生IL-4的水平,并进行了分析,结果表明,神应汤具有生物反应调节作用:①能促进免疫器官的发育和成熟,中药组小鼠胸腺和脾脏的重量
