目的比较他克莫司(FK506)和环孢素A(CsA)对肾移植患者术后糖、脂代谢影响。方法 93例肾移植患者按FK506或CsA为主要免疫抑制剂的不同分为FK506组和CsA组,对两组术后3个月、6个月和1年的血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数、血脂变化进行比较。结果 FK506组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均较CsA组低,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而PTDM发病率和胰岛素抵抗指数两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾移植术后应用FK506与CsA相比,具有相近PTDM发生率及胰岛素抵抗指数,而高脂血症的发病率明显降低。
Objective To compare the effects of tacrolimus (FK506) and cyclosporine A (CsA) on postoperative glucose and lipid metabolism in patients after kidney transplantation. Methods Ninety-three renal transplant recipients were divided into FK506 group and CsA group according to different doses of FK506 or CsA. The changes of blood glucose, insulin resistance index and blood lipids were observed at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation Compare Results The levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in FK506 group were lower than those in CsA group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the incidence of PTDM and insulin resistance index (P> 0.05) . Conclusion Compared with CsA, FK506 after renal transplantation has a similar incidence of PTDM and insulin resistance index, while the incidence of hyperlipidemia is significantly lower.
