利用Visual C++设计了基于Windows平台的多重分形谱计算程序,重点介绍了此软件的功能、原理及应用,并利用此软件计算了不同碱度烧结矿的多重分形谱。计算结果定量地表征了烧结矿孔隙的分布形态,随着碱度提高,多重分形谱的宽度Δα由0.53增加到0.58,孔隙结构变的更加复杂;多重分形谱最大、最小概率子集维数的差别Δf由0.8变为-0.23,烧结矿孔隙由以宏观孔隙为主变为以微孔隙为主,孔隙率提高,结果与透射电镜图像一致。多重分形软件准确而直观地反映了烧结矿孔隙的结构形态,实现了多重分形谱计算的自动化。
Multi-fractal spectrum calculation program based on Windows platform is designed by Visual C ++. The function, principle and application of this software are introduced emphatically. The multifractal spectrum of sinter with different basicity is calculated by this software. The calculated results quantitatively characterize the distribution of pores in the sinter. As the alkalinity increases, the width Δα of the multifractal spectrum increases from 0.53 to 0.58, and the pore structure becomes more complicated. The maximum and minimum probability subset dimension of the multifractal spectrum The difference Δf from 0.8 to -0.23, sinter pore from macroscopic pore to micropore-based, porosity increased, the results consistent with transmission electron microscopy images. Multifractal software accurately and intuitively reflects the structural morphology of sinter pores and realizes the automation of multifractal spectrum calculation.
