为进一步探讨N_2激光的抑瘤机理,我们观察了N_2激光对荷瘤小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞、皮下瘤组织、脾脏及皮肤的影响,并观察了N_2激光对离体S180细胞的影响。一、体内实验:615小鼠皮下接种瘤细胞(S180)后用N_2激光照射,总能量密度为117—560J/cm~2,10日后取材(详见陕西新医药1986;15(5):60—61)。1.小鼠处死后剥离瘤组织,称重后制作石蜡切片,苏木素伊红(HE)及甲绿派洛宁(MGP)染色。小鼠皮下移植瘤呈结节状,对照组瘤结大而粗糙,多与周围组织粘连,不
To further explore the mechanism of tumor inhibition by N 2 laser, we observed the effects of N 2 laser on peritoneal macrophages, subcutaneous tumor tissues, spleen and skin of tumor-bearing mice, and observed the effects of N 2 laser on isolated S180 cells. 1. In vivo: 615 mice were inoculated subcutaneously with tumor cells (S180) and irradiated with N 2 laser. The total energy density was 117-560 J/cm 2 and they were obtained after 10 days. (See Shaanxi New Drug 1986;15(5):60 -61). 1. The mice were sacrificed after sacrifice and the paraffin sections were weighed and paraffin sections were made. Hematoxylin eosin (HE) and formazan pyronine (MGP) staining. The subcutaneous transplanted tumors in mice showed nodularity, and the control group had large and rough tumors, and many adhered to the surrounding tissues.
