本实验以继代培养多年的水稻再生绿芽为起始材料,通过MET单独使用和配合使用对再生绿芽生长及其体内MET吸收动态进行研究,结果指出:(1)MET与其他激素配合使用,不但能降低植株高度,促进根系发育,而且可以防止MET对绿芽的毒害作用;(2)单独使用MET,再生芽对MET的吸收高峰期与绿芽变褐受害期基本一致;(3)MET与BA、NAA等激素配合使用,则再生芽对MET的吸收高峰期比单独使用组推迟15天。每g鲜重再生绿芽中MET含量明显低于单独使用组,并能提高绿苗得率,有效地防止或减轻MET的毒害作用;(4)适宜的温度(25-30℃)条件,能发挥MET的培养效果,温度低于20℃会引起毒害作用。

(4) The suitable temperature (25-30 ℃) Play MET culture effect, temperature below 20 ℃ can cause toxic effects.
