目的 建立鸡眼形觉剥夺性近视 (FDM)模型 ,观察复方珍珠水解液 (MPHS)药物防治近视的疗效。方法 建立FDM模型 ,艾维茵仔鸡左眼鼻侧贴上半透明新月形 1/2眼睑眼罩 ,造成 1/2眼球形觉剥夺 ;采用A超 ,测定双眼眼内结构 ;KR710 0型电脑自动验光仪测量各组双眼屈光度 ;采用非接触式阿贝比长仪测定各眼球外径 ;正位照片测量赤道8个半径。通过眼球形态学、屈光学比较FDM模型组与各组间的差异。结果 模型组比正常组眼球外径扩大。玻璃体腔扩张为 113% ;眼内轴长增大至 10 8% ;8个赤道半径扩大 ,差异呈显著性 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 1)。屈光度增加 -2 0 87D ;而MPHS药品则显著抑制了眼球形态学的扩张 ;抑制负性屈光度的增长。结论 ( 1)FDM模型眼球的各种测量结果均证实模型建立成功 ,玻璃体腔明显扩张至 130 % ,眼内轴长延长至 10 8% ,通过 8个赤道半径测量全面扩大。 ( 2 )MPHS具有抑制眼球外径、内径及赤道半径扩张的作用
Objective To establish a model of corneal shape deprivation myopia (FDM) and observe the curative effect of compound pearl hydrolyzate (MPHS) on myopia. Methods The FDM model was established. The left eye of Avian chickens was affixed with translucent crescent 1/2 eyelid goggles on the nasal side of the left eye, which resulted in the depigmentation of 1/2 eye shape. The intraocular structures of both eyes were determined by ultrasonography. The KR710 0 automatic computer The refractometer measured the binocular diopter of each group. The non-contact abbey instrument was used to measure the outer diameter of each eyeball. The ortho-photograph measured the 8 radii of the equator. Differences in FDM model group and each group were compared by eye morphology and refractive study. Results The OD of model group was larger than that of normal group. Vitreous cavity expansion was 113%; intraocular axis length increased to 108%; 8 equatorial radii widened, the difference was significant (P <0 05 ~ 0 0 0 1). Diopter increased -2 0 87D; MPHS drugs significantly inhibited the expansion of the eye morphology; inhibit the growth of negative refraction. Conclusions (1) Various measurements of the eyeball of the FDM model confirm that the model was successfully established. The vitreous cavity was significantly expanded to 130% and the axial length of the eye was extended to 108%. The measurement of the 8 equatorial radii fully expanded. (2) MPHS can inhibit the eyeball diameter, diameter and the expansion of the equatorial radius
