在动态力学测量中,常利用石英的压电效应,取其体小质轻,响应快的特点,制成压电电荷类力学传感器.惜其输出阻抗甚高(10~(14)Ω),不利远程传输.为此,多配用深负反馈电荷放大器为阻抗变换电路,以便与读出设备接连.但在探头与放大器之间仍需使用价高的专用电缆连接,且仍免不了外界环境的干扰.现采用常见的,把阻抗变换器与力敏元件集成在一起做成集成探头(ICP),这样既便于屏蔽,也可选取通用的电缆传输. 经使用效果颇佳.
