对一台炉膛容积为70m ̄3,装机容量为750kW的强制通风大型电阻加热炉,采用远红外技术进行节能技术改造后,取得装机容量减少了65%,年节电达百万千瓦时的显著效果,经过十余年的生产实践,证明了大型窑炉低温加热以红外辐射为主,自然对流为辅,传导起一定作用的理论是正确的。能满足热处理工件工艺要求,该炉的改造成功为大型电热窑炉节能改造提供了新途径。
