Introduction The Garpenberg deposit is located in the central part of Sweden’s mineralization province to host stratigraphic iron oxide deposits and sulphide in the crust sequence of the Early Proterozoic metamorphosed volcanic rocks and metamorphic sediments (amphibolite-hosted) (Zn-Pb-Cu) deposit is characterized. The sequence is invaded by granitoids and has been folded to degenerate into amphibolite facies. The ore-bearing long-legged granulite in the Gallpen region is a belt that extends northeastward and is about 15 km long and 7 km wide surrounded by granite. Distribution of the Galpin Hill mine and the Northern Gallup Mountain Mine and Damos Qiao ore body together to form a 4km long sulfide mineralization. In addition, there are iron oxide deposits in the area. The Galpin Mountain deposit, one of the oldest mines in central Sweden, has been exploited since the thirteenth century, with annual production of 5% Zn, 4% Pb, 0.4% Cu, 130 g / t Ag, 0.9 g / About 220,000 tons of ore.
