油田地质实习是基于多学科的综合生产实习,是资源勘查工程专业的重要实践教学环节。长期以来中国石油大学(华东)油田地质实习系统性不强,学生缺乏主动性,难以达到油田对本专业的要求。为此,笔者根据专业特点及目前形势,在管理体系的建立、指导队伍的建设、实习内容的完善、实习基地的优化及教学方法的改善等方面进行了探索,就如何提高油田地质实习效果提出了自己的看法。 Oilfield geological internship is based on multi-disciplinary comprehensive production internship, resource exploration engineering is an important part of practical teaching.
