报道了在室温下适宜于5.486MeV的α射线的硒镓银晶体核辐射探测器的制备及其性能测试结果.10mm×7mm×0.6mm的硒镓银晶片被磨平、抛光和清洁后,在其两面镀上电极.硒镓银探测器在室温下用241Am源发出的5.486MeVα射线进行辐射测试.结果表明,硒镓银晶体是一种有希望的室温α射线探测器新材料.
The preparation of selenium-gallium-silver-crystal nuclear radiation detector suitable for α-ray of 5.486 MeV at room temperature and the results of its performance test were reported. Selenium gallium-silver chips of 10 mm × 7 mm × 0.6 mm were polished, polished and cleaned, and plated with electrodes on both sides. Selenium gallium detector was irradiated with 5.486 MeV alpha radiation from a 241 Am source at room temperature. The results show that selenium gallium silver crystal is a promising room temperature α-ray detector new material.
