于 1997年 12月 ,1998年 3月、7月 ,1999年 8月在中国科学院海洋研究所实验室采用静水方法对 9± 0 .1℃ ,16± 0 .5℃ ,2 2± 0 .2℃ ,2 6± 0 .6℃下菲律宾蛤仔的滤食率 FR、清滤率 CR、吸收率AE进行了测定。结果表明 ,在 9~ 2 2℃温度范围内蛤仔滤食率、清滤率、吸收率均随温度的升高而增大 ,在 2 2℃达到最大值 ,并且各温度间差异显著 (ANOVA,P<0 .0 5)。当温度达到 2 6℃时 ,滤食率、清滤率、吸收率均有所下降 ,但和 2 2℃值比较差异并不显著 (ANOVA,P>0 .2 )。说明蛤仔对温度有很强的适应能力 ,其生长最适温度为 2 2℃左右
In December 1997, March 1998, July 1998, August 1999 in the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences using hydrostatic method 9 ± 0 .1 ℃, 16 ± 0 .5 ℃, 2 2 ± 0 .2 ℃, 26 ± 0. 6 ℃ Filial filtration rate Ruditapes philippinarum, clearance rate CR, absorption rate AE were measured. The results showed that in the temperature range of 9 ~ 22 ℃, the filtration rate, filtration rate and absorption rate of clams increased with the increase of temperature, reached the maximum at 22 ℃, and there was significant difference between each temperature (ANOVA , P <0. 05). When the temperature reached 26 ℃, the filtration rate, the filtration rate and the absorption rate decreased, but the difference was not significant with the 2 2 ℃ value (ANOVA, P> 0.2). Ruditapes temperature on the ability to adapt to a strong, its optimum growth temperature of about 2 2 ℃
